Poster Submissions: More space and more time!
SBS has added more poster boards to maximize the learning and information-sharing opportunities. Register for the symposium and reserve your poster while space remains.

The poster submission deadline is, May 23, 2008.

Share your latest findings in drug discovery! In this informal setting, you have the option to either share data never before presented or work that has already been published in a peer-reviewed journal. Posters will be displayed throughout the meeting rooms and registration area, and attendees can view them during breaks and during exhibition hours.

Please note that the maximum poster size is ,93 meters wide by 1,85 meters high (3.05 feet wide by 6.07 feet high). Space is limited to 45 posters on a first-come, first-served basis via online reservations. One poster is allowed per registered attendee or exhibiting company, based on availability.

Reserve a poster stand when you make your online attendee registration or online exhibit table reservation. In the system, select the “Reserve a Poster” box and include the poster title and author information in the corresponding fields. Reservations can be accepted afterwards (if space is available) but acknowledgment in the program will not be possible.

Poster set up will take place on Monday, June 9, 2008.

NOTE: In order to have your poster title and author list in the Final Program, you must register for the meeting by March 10, 2008 at noon, Eastern Time and reserve a place for your poster. Please make sure your name, the poster presenter, is the first name listed in the author list.
